EASY WAYS TO ENJOY GWEN TEMPEH.
THE QUICKEST WAY…Cut tempeh into 1.5cm strips. Shallow pan fry strips until golden brown, approx 2 minutes each side. Add some soy sauce or tamari & squeeze of lemon juice.
ALMOST AS QUICK…COOLED IS GREAT IN SALADS.
Cut tempeh into 1-1.5cm strips. Brush both sides with a little oil & pan fry each side for 1 minute. Add approx. 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari plus enough water to be level with the top of tempeh. Simmer, turning tempeh a few times until all liquid has been absorbed, approx. 5 minutes.
